Know what to specify.
TC is commonly used for Tri Clamp or Tri Clover style connections. A joint brings together two matching ferrules, a suitable gasket and a clamp. Order components by the required dimensional standard and actual connection measurements, rather than relying on the nominal size alone.
Clamps, ferrules and matching components
Enquire for TC clamps, heavy duty clamp requirements, ferrules, blanks, gaskets, bends, tees, reducers and adapters. A clamp and a gasket are separate components; state whether you need a single replacement part or a complete connection assembly. Existing product listings below provide a starting point for identifying the required component.
For dairy and food processing maintenance
Our priority customers are factory purchase and maintenance teams in dairy, food and beverage, and other process industries. For a replacement, share a clear photograph, existing markings, ferrule face diameter and tube dimensions. For a new line, send the drawing or bill of materials so that matching components can be quoted together.
SS304 and SS316 enquiries
SS304 and SS316 are our primary stainless steel supply grades. State the grade for each item and any material certificate requirement. Grade, gasket material, surface finish and dimensional standard must match the process specification. Listing a product for enquiry does not establish a particular hygienic approval or pressure rating.
What to send for a TC fitting quotation
Include fitting type, required grade, tube outside diameter, wall thickness where applicable, ferrule face diameter, dimensional standard if known, gasket requirement and quantity. For bends and tees, state the angle or branch arrangement. Include media, operating temperature and pressure when seeking assistance with suitability.
