Before you order
Know what to specify.
To quote an SS pipe accurately, we need the grade, outside diameter or nominal bore with its standard, wall thickness or schedule, length and quantity. State whether the requirement is welded or seamless. Pipes and hygienic tubes with similar nominal descriptions may have different dimensions.
Match the pipe to the purchase specification
A request saying only “SS pipe” leaves several purchasing decisions open. Include the project standard, dimensions, end preparation and certificate requirements. For replacement work, share existing markings and measurements. Where a schedule is specified, retain that designation and its applicable pipe standard in your enquiry.
Welded pipe, seamless pipe and process tube
Welded and seamless describe different manufacturing routes. Specify the route required by the project rather than choosing only by price or appearance. For dairy process tubing, identify the tube outside diameter, wall thickness and hygienic connection standard. Square pipe requirements should include width, height, thickness and finish.
SS304 and SS316 as primary supply grades
We focus on SS304 and SS316 enquiries. SS202 and SS410 are also available for applicable products and requirements; they are not offered as automatic substitutes. Grade selection and any substitution must follow the application and approved purchase specification. Confirm the material grade and documentation in the final offer.
Enquiries from factory purchase and maintenance teams
We serve both small replacement orders and bulk or project requirements. Dairy and food and beverage are our leading focus industries, followed by pharmaceuticals, chemical, gas, oil, aseptic processing and rice or flour mills. Supply for a sector does not by itself establish suitability for every process.
Prepare your pipe material list
Send each size on a separate line with grade, standard, outside diameter or nominal bore, thickness or schedule, required lengths, total quantity and delivery location. Add end finish and inspection requirements where relevant. WhatsApp is preferred for initial enquiries; email is used for official quotations and correspondence.
