Know what to specify.
SMS unions are detachable process line connections. For an enquiry, identify whether you need a complete union or the male part, weld liner, nut or seal separately. Confirm the mating dimensions and standard; an SMS description should not be treated as proof of compatibility with other union systems.

Tell us which components are included in your requirement. A replacement nut or seal must match the existing assembly. The catalogue links below identify male parts, weld liners, nuts and seals that can be used as reference points when describing your item.
Measurements for maintenance replacements
Provide nominal connection size, tube outside diameter, wall thickness where applicable and any available thread or mating dimensions. Include close photographs of the separated components and existing markings. A drawing is preferable when the assembly is difficult to identify.
Grade and gasket requirements
SS304 and SS316 are our primary stainless steel grades. State the required grade and seal material or process specification. Include operating media, temperature and cleaning conditions where relevant. Exact dimensions, offered material and documentation are confirmed in the quotation.
For dairy and other process plants
Our main focus is factory purchase and maintenance teams, led by dairy and food and beverage requirements. We welcome small component replacements and project quantities. Send the required date and delivery location so supply arrangements can be confirmed.
